What Is Saginaw Health Plan?

Saginaw Health Plan is a community-sponsored healthcare program for eligible residents in Saginaw County. You may qualify for Saginaw Health Plan if you live in Saginaw County, have no health insurance, and meet income requirements.

This is not insurance. Saginaw Health Plan provides limited coverage for doctor visits, lab tests, x-rays and prescriptions. Saginaw Health Plan does not pay for hospital or other inpatient services. If you receive services that are not a covered benefit, you will be responsible for payment.
